Support

Remy for practitioners is the companion app to the Remy practice platform. It shows you the appointments, patients, compliance items, availability, messages and billing your practice has shared with you.

Your account comes from your practice. There is no sign-up in the app. Your practice team invites you, and you sign in with the account they invited.

How to get help

  • Something in the app is not working, or you have a question about the app itself: email support@remy.health or use the contact form. A real person replies, usually within one working day.
  • Anything about your appointments, your patients, your availability or your pay: ask your practice team. Remy displays what the practice has recorded; the practice is the only party who can change it.

Signing in

  • Forgotten password: tap "Forgot password?" on the app's sign-in screen and enter your email. The reset link opens in your browser and completes on the web sign-in page. Once it is done, return to the app and sign in with the new password.
  • Google sign-in: use the same Google account your practice invited. Signing in with a different Google account will not find your record. If you are unsure which account was invited, ask your practice team.
  • "No practitioner account for this session": your login is not linked to an active staff record at a practice. Ask your practice team to check your invitation.

Notifications

If you are not receiving notifications:

  1. Check the device's notification permission for Remy in your phone's Settings. If the permission is off, no notification can reach the app.
  2. In the app, open Profile and check the toggles in the Notifications card. Each type of notification can be turned off there, and your practice can also turn a type off for everyone.
  3. For messages, check that the conversation is not muted.

Your data
