Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 14 July 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do when using Remy. It forms part of our Terms of Service. "You" means the customer and its users.
1. General principle
Use Remy lawfully, responsibly, and only for legitimate healthcare-practice purposes. Don't use it in a way that harms Remy, other customers, or any individual.
2. You must not
- Break any applicable law or regulation, including data protection, medical confidentiality, consumer, or marketing (PECR) rules.
- Upload or process personal data without a lawful basis and any required consents — including special-category (health) data.
- Send unlawful, unsolicited or bulk communications (spam), or use the messaging, email or voice features for marketing without a valid lawful basis and unsubscribe mechanism.
- Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other tenants' data, or underlying systems; probe, scan or test security without our written permission; or circumvent access controls or tenant isolation.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Services except as permitted by law.
- Overload, disrupt or degrade the Services (e.g. denial-of-service, excessive automated requests, or scraping).
- Resell, sublicense or provide the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Use the Services to make clinical decisions that require professional judgement — Remy is an administrative tool, not a medical device.
3. Your security responsibilities
- Keep credentials confidential and use strong authentication.
- Manage your users' access appropriately and remove access promptly when it's no longer needed.
- Configure integrations and communications features responsibly.
- Report any suspected misuse or security issue to security@remy.health.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and cooperate with law enforcement. Where you breach this AUP we may, proportionately and with notice where practicable, remove content, suspend or limit access, or terminate the Services under the Terms. We may act immediately where there is a serious security or legal risk.
5. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time; the latest version applies. Material changes will be notified in line with our Terms.
