Cookie Policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels, SDKs) work the same way. We use them to make Remy work, remember your preferences, and — only with your consent — to understand how the site is used. This policy sits alongside our Privacy Policy.

2. Your choices

When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always on because the site can't function without them. You can change your choice at any time using the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.

3. The categories we use

  • Strictly necessary — required for core functions like signing in, security, and remembering your cookie choice. Cannot be switched off.
  • Functional — remember preferences (e.g. layout, language) to improve your experience. Set only with consent.
  • Analytics — help us understand usage (pages visited, errors) so we can improve. Set only with consent; used in aggregate.
  • Marketing — measure and improve our advertising. Set only with consent.

4. What we currently use

Today, Remy only uses strictly necessary storage. We do not currently set any functional, analytics or marketing cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and our banner, and any non-essential cookies will be set only after you opt in.

The sb- authentication cookie is only set for signed-in users of the Remy app; if you're just browsing this website without an account, the only thing stored is your cookie choice above.

5. Managing cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies via your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working. Guidance for common browsers is available at aboutcookies.org.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as our use of cookies changes. Check back for the latest version and "Last updated" date.
